Any products that are unused and in the same condition as you received them can be returned within 7 days of purchase for an exchange or refund.
Customer needs to return the product to our warehouse via courier service at their own expense.
Our refund process is the fastest that you might have experienced with any e-commerce in Pakistan. From the date of receiving the returned product, refund will be deposited into your account within 2-3 business days.

Delivery Policy
All orders placed before 5 PM are dispatched on the same day of order placement
For Karachi orders, deliveries usually take between 1-3 days
For orders of main cities other than Karachi, deliveries usually take between 3-4 days
For orders of farfetched areas, deliveries usually take upto 5-7 days

Deliveries will be done by the courier company, and they deliver as per their scheduled delivery timings. We cannot direct or request them to deliver as per individual customer requirements Orders received on Sundays and on Pakistan's National Holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day
